Community-Based Services

New York Center for Child Development offers community-based services to children throughout New York City. These services are offered in Head Start programs, preschools, primary care medical clinics and other institutions serving children ages 3- 5. By reaching out to children where they are, we make services more accessible to families and increase parent participation in the educational and therapeutic process. Whether a delay is in communication, socialization, emotional development or cognitive, sensory or motor skills, we offer a full array of services to provide each child with the individual care and attention required to foster his or her maximum potential.
Community Based services offered include:
- Speech-Language Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Counseling
- Play Therapy
- Psychological Services
