New York Center for Child Development has an active international program and encourage and assist International Applicants in gaining employment with our agency. International Applicants need to acquire an H1B visa which is issued to professionals holding degrees in specialty occupations. New York Center will file a petition with the US Immigration Naturalization Services for qualified applicants. The approval process usually averages eight to nine months. The work visa is usually good for three years and is renewable, but only up to a maximum of six years total. Proficiency in English is required of all applicants.
